The welcoming and knowledgeable receptionist made time to fully acquaint me with their range of repair work within the scope of this relative new company in this area.
The estimate for the bodywork repair comprised a most detailed analysis of the work required. This was swiftly carried out by the body shop manager and craftsman in my presence, followed by an a email that day comprising a thorough analysis of the work required and the cost.
When I called to collect the car today it was apparent that the repair and finish we’re flawless, as should be expected from my experience of work done for me by the company in their previous location.
The courtesy shown by the receptionist and manager from start to finish of my experience with the garage did much to convince me that I could recommend their quality of service.
Big thanks to the team at MH Autos who helped me today. My car broke down on the Western Approach Road. They organised a tow truck to collect the car (and me!) and got me back safely to Corstorphine, quicker than the AA would have, but in the meantime I’ll update my roadside assistance cover!!! Car now being checked out with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended them to friends who now use them.
Excellent garage. Put my Astra in for an MOT and service, failed MOT first time round and was quickly informed of what needed done at a reasonable cost, all completed in one day. Great all round friendly service.
What a nice change to find a garage that employs people instead of utter monkeys! Malcolm and his team were amazing and helped me resolve the daunting experience of dealing with insurance companies after my accident. Well done everyone at MH AUTOS.
